RESIGNATION OF SIMONA GARZA, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK OF KERB
COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of
Simona Garza, Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas,
be ratified and confirmed, effective as of July 19th,
1985.
Simona Garza requested a job. transfer to the office of
District Clerk, in accordance with Personnel Policies for
Kerr County (which became effective January 1, 1985).
