On this the 9th day of September 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with
Commissioners Holland, Lich and Guthrie voting "AYE" and
Commissioner Higgins and County Judge Morriss voting "NAY",
said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving the
application of Patricia Dye, County Clerk, for appointment of
Carol Hollimon as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas,
at a salary of $850.00 per month ($10,200.00 per annum), payable
out of the General Fund, effective as of September 3rd, 1985;
and that her deputation be effective the date of her qualifica-
tion, the same being September 9th, 1985.
(Carol Hollimon transferred from the Tax Assessor's Office to
the County Clerk's Office.)
