the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of CAROL
HOLLIPQON, Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified
and confirmed, effective as of December 26th, 1985.

Let this serve as my official resignation, effective the close of business,
December 26, 1985•
First let me state this is no reflection on Patricia Dye, County Clerk. She
is an outstanding leader in this community and I have the highest regard for
her judgment and authority.
This resignation is primarily due to the fact I have been offered employment
at state level with more benefits and sufficient salary to compensate for
my now having to work two jobs to support myself and son.
