CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT P.ND PROPOSED LOCAL AMENDMENT ELECTION
RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 12th day of November 1985, came on to be considered
by the Court the returns to be canvassed to determine the results
of the Constitutional Amendment and Proposed Local Amendment
Election held on November 5th, 1985. And the Court having
canvassed and tabulated the returns of the election precincts and
the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said
returns, after having been opened and canvassed, are true and
correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Holland seconded
by Commissioner Higgins , the Court unanimously approved that the
returns canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Pages 33 through
38, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as
certified thereto by each member of the Court, are in all respects
approved.
