APPROVAL OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS OF
KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 8th day of October 1985, came under advisement
the proposed salary increases for certain elected County
and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, pursuant to
applicable laws of the State of Texas, and that said increases
be effective October 1st, 1985, and if approved, to implement
same at the special October 1985 Term, gamely, October 8th, 1985,
as follows:

Motion made by Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner
Higgins with Cammissioners 'Hollahd; Higgins and Lich and County
Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Guthrie voting "NAY",
said motion carrying by a majority vote.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT convened at 10:00 o'clock A. M.,
October 8th, 1985, with the following officers present:

at which time a public hearing was held in the County Courtroom
of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, to consider
the proposed salary increases for certain elected County and
Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, as per notice published
in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas.
3 members of the public appeared for the meeting.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner
Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that said hearing
be adjourned.
