ORDER SETTING SALARY AND TRAVEL ALLOWANCE FOR B. N. TALBERT,
CONSTABLE OF JUSTICE PRECINCT FOUR
On this the 13th day of February 1985, came on to be con-
sidered the request of B. N. Talbert, Constable of Justice
Precinct No. Four, for a salary and travel allowance.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner
Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie
and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich
voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote, that
effective as of February lst, 1985, that the salary of B. N.
Talbert, Constable of Justice Precinct No. 5, be fixed at
200.00 per month (2400.00 per annum) and a travel allowance
in the amount of 200.00 per month (2400.00 per annum), payable
out of the General Fund.
