unanimously approved the request of Billy Joe Guthrie, Jr.,
Commissioner of Precinct No. Four, to employ David E. Lynch,
effective as of May 27th, 1985, at a salary to be set at
$4.56 per hour, payable out of Road & Bridge Precinct No. Four
Fund.
