KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY AIRPORT BOARD
On this the 13th day of May 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with
Commissioners Holland, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge
Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Higgins "ABSTAINING",
said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving the
appointment of Edward D. Higgins, Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. 2, as an Ex-Officio Member to the
Kerrville-Kerr County Airport Board for a new term.
