ORDER AUTHORIZING VICTOR LICH, COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY
PRECINCT N0. THREE, TO SIGN AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PLAN, IN
THE ABSENCE OF THE COUNTY JUDGE
On this the 28th day of August 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the
Court unanimously approved that Victor Lich, Commissioner
oŁ Kerr County Precinct No. Three, be authorized to sign
the Airport Improvement Plan on behalf of Kerr County, in
the absence of the County Judge, and in concurrence with
the City of Kerrville.
