On this the 20th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Higgins seconded by Commissioner Holland the
Court unanimously approved a recommendation that Blackwell &
Associate's, Inc. be requested to do a preparation of an
Application to the Federal Aviation l~3mi.nistration on Run~.aay
02/20 Rebuilding Project, and in concurrence with the City
of Kerrville.

.Dear Judge Morriss:
~~~At the regular meeting of May 25, 1985, the Joint Airport
"$oard recommended that Blackwell & Associates be requested
to do the necessary documentation, planning, costing and
preparation of an application to F.A.A. for reworking
Runway 02/20.
City Council in its regular meeting approved this
-recommendation, and requests like action by the
County Commissioners' Court at its earliest convenience.
