APPROVAL OF INCREASE OF LAND RENTAL FEES AT LOUIS SCHREINER
FIELD
On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved that the Land Rental Fees
at Louis Schreiner Field. be increased by 35%, as recommended
by the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Advisory Board
at their meeting on July 31st, 1985, subject to concurrence
by the City of Kerrville.

Dear Judge Morriss:
At the regular meeting of the Kerrville-Kerr County
Joint P_irport Advisory meeting of July 31, 1985, a
motion was made, seconded and approved to recommend
to City Council and County Commissioners' Court that
the Land Rental Fees for Louis Schreiner Field be
increased by 35~ in order to more adequately reflect
current Airport land values.
The resulting land rental fee increase coould not affect
current Lessees, or adversely affect potential business
on the Airport. When approved by both governmental
entities, the fees - per acre, per month - would be
as follows:
Current Rate
Zone "A" - $127 plus 1986 CPI $94
Zone "B" - $107 $79
Zone "C°' - $ 90 $67
