RATIFICATION OF AMENDMENT N0. 2 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR ADAP
PROJECT 5-48-0121-05, BETGVEEN THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION
AND THE CITY OF KERRVILLE, TEXAS AND THE COUNTY OF KERR, TEXAS
On this the 8th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Hi4ains, seconded. by Commissioner Holland, the Court
unanimously aooroved ratification of Amendment No. 2 to Grant
Agreement for ADAP Project 5-48-0121-05, accented by the Court
on July 21st, 1980, between the Federal Aviation Administration
(hereinafter referred to as the "FAA"), acting for and on behalf
of the United States, and the City of Kerrville, Texas and the
County of Kerr, Texas, hereinafter referred to as the "SPONSOR",
increasing the Grant amount from $229,000.00 to $251,897.40,
and in concurrence with the City of Kerrville.

WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "FAA") has deter-
mined it to be in the interest of the United States that the Grant Agreement between the FAA, acting
for and on behalf of the United States, and the City of Kerrville. Texas. and _
the County of Kerr, Texas,
(hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor"), accepted by said Sponsor on the 22nd day of July
19 80 , be amended as hereinafter provided.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the FAA on behalf of the
United States, on the one part, and the Sponsor, on tfie other part, do hereby mutually agree that
the maximum obligation of the United States, set forth on Page 2 of the Grant
Agreement, is hereby increased from $229,000.00 to $251,897.40,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to said Grant Agreement
to be duly executed as of the day of , 19~,
