ROAD RELOCATION
On this the 24th day of October 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Higgins seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved of the purchase of 0.03 acres
of land (1,313 square feet) from Ms. Thelma Garza in the amount
of $1,000.00, and as approved by Kerrville City Council meeting
on October 22nd, 1985, Kerr County's portion being $500.00.

1985, approved the purchase of 0.03 acres of land
(1,318 square feet) in the amount of $1,000, for the
road relocation project included in the rececit grant
for Runway 12/30 600' extension. We would appreciate
your placing this item on the next Conunissioners'
Court agenda for consideration.

TIiEIJCE North 11°31'00" West with the east line of existing Airport Road
a distance of 141.62 feet;
THENCE South 18°13'00" East with the proposed east line of Airport Road
a distance of 159.25 feet to the existing north line of Airport Road;
THENCE Worth 59°54'00" West with said existing north line a distance of

correct, the following statements.
(a) The copy of the Lease attached hereto is a
true, correct and complete agreement between Landlord
and Tenant with respect to the space described in the
Leas©.
(b) The Lease is presently in full force and
effect.
(c) As of the date hereof, neither Landlord nor
Tenant is in default under the terms, provisions and
condiL-ions of the Lease.
(d) Tenant has not prepaid any rent or made a
security deposit except as specifically set forth in the
Lease.

(©) 'Landlord has not received a notice that Tenant
has made any assignment, pledge or hypothecation of the
Lease.
(f) 'tenant hereby agrees L•hat the Leaso and any
rights of Tenant thereunder are hereby SUBORDINATED to
and in all manner inferior to any and all liens in favor
of Lender.
