ORDER GRANTING RIGHT OF WAY TO THE PUBLIC, FOR WIDENING
SCHREINER STREET, IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S
PRECINCT #1
On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the
Court unanimously approved granting of Right of Way to the
public for widening of Schreiner Street, of a 15-foot strip
along Precinct Yard of Commissioner of Precinct One, located
at Hays and Schreiner Streets, Kerrville, Texas, said property
deeded to Kerr County in Vol. 166 page-138., Deed Records of Kerr
County.
The City of Kerrville to provide metes and bounds description
and Easement instrument for filing.

RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT THE COUNTY OF KERR, of the State of Texas, for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS and other
valuable consideration to the undersigned paid by the grantee herein
named, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have DEDICATED, and
by these presents do DEDICATE for STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY purposes, unto the
City of Kerrville and The Public, all of the following described
property in Kerr County, Texas, to-wit:
A strip of land of land fifteen (15') feet deed and two hundred one and
seventeen hundreds feet (201.17') wide along the northeast side of
Schreiner Street, out of a tract of land described in Volume 166, Page
138, of the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas, being the southeast one-
half of Block 57, of the Schreiner's 2nd Addition, City of Kerrville,
Kerr County, Texas; said strip of land being more fully described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set for the south corner of Block 57, at the
intersection of the northeast right-of-way line of Schreiner Street and
the northwest right-of-way line of Hays Street, and from said iron pin,
the south corner of Survey No. 117 bears South, 1596.57 feet, then West
579.27 feet;
THENCE with the northeast line of Schreiner Street, N 44° 54' W, 201.17
feet to an 1/2" iron pin set for the west corner of this tract;
THENCE N 44° 59' E, 15.0 feet to a point for the north corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 44° 54' E, 201.11 feet to a point for the east corner of this
tract, said point being in the northwest line of said Hays Street;
THENCE with said northwest line of Hays Street, S 44° 46' W, 15.0 feet
to the Place of Beginning, containing 0.0693 acres of land.
For the use of the public forever.
