Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court
unanimously approved acceptance of the dedication of Cummings
Lane as a Public Road Easement and Public Right-of-Way in Kerr
County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, as follows:
Henry Hight, Leslie R. Lindsay, Jr. and Billy B.
Williams to the County of Kerr - 0.574 acres, out
of Francisco t-tartinez Survey No. 125, Recorded in
Volume 21, Pages 583-585, Easement Records of Kerr
County, Texas.
Austin Oxygen Company, Inc. to the County of Kerr -
0.57 acre s, designated as Lod No. 7 on unrecorded
