APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF SCHUBERT AND 6VILLIAMS, INC., FOR
PRELIMINARY SCHEMATIC DESIGN OF COURTROOM AND OFFICES FOR
COUNTY COURT-AT-LAW
On this the 8th day of April 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
the Court unanimously approved the employment of Schubert
and Williams, Inc., for a preliminary schematic design of
a courtroom and offices for the County Court-at-Law of
Kerr County, to be located in the Courthouse Annex in the
proximity of the Tax Assessor-Collector's Office.
The fee to be paid for this service is estimated at no
more than $1,500.00, which figure represents 150 of an
architect's loo fee of the estimated total cost of comple-
tion, which is only to be paid if said firm is not to be
employed as architect for the full project.
This preliminarv design is to be presented to the Court as
a condition precedent to any further development of these
offices and courtroom.
