ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE NEW COUNTY COURT AT LAW COURT-
ROOM AND OFFICES AND A1ODIFICATION OF THE EXISTING TAX
COLLECTOR'S OFFICES
On this the 8th da_y of July 1985, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Higgins ~ seconded by Commissioner Holland it
was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Auditor
and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the
General Fund (Code Pdo, 10-510-550), payable to SCHUBERT &
WILLIAMS, INC. in the amount of $$475,23 for professional
services - reimbursement for mileage, bus freight and Blanco
Blueprint, for the new County Court at Law Courtroom and
Offices and modification of the existing Tax Collector's
Offices.

Kerrville, Texas, noon payment of a deposit of Fifty dollars (550-. 00)
as a guarantee of the safe return of the Drawim}s~ Specifications
and Contract Documents. All Dsawings¢~nd Spec ificatlOns are the
property of the Architect and must be Yeiurned to the glace where
obtained for return of the deposit.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's ehecabloer
certified check for SR of the amount of the proposal, made-pay
unconditionally to the Rerr County Treasurer and sari sfactOty to
the Court, as required by Article 5160, V.A.T.C.S. andArticle 5169a,
V.A.T.C.S., requiring that not less than the general prevailing
rates of per diem wages for work of similar character in the locality
where the-work is performed shall be paid all laborers, worl®en and
mechanics in the construction of public works.
ATTENTION OF BIDDERS is particularly called to fi1lle requirements ae
to conditions of employment io be observed and mi~Aimum wage rates'
to be paid under the contract.
Sid bonds will be returned uopn awarding of the bid and contract
execution. Na b}d may De withdrawn for 30 days after the Lima cat
for receipt of the pcoposaLS. The bidders will notify their luopiiers
and subcontractors that this azo ject is exempt from all City-and
State sales taxes.
BIDDERS are expected Lo inspect the site of the work and to 1e~torm
themselves of all local conditions, and carefully examine the plans,
specifications and other documents. Should a bidder find discrep-
ancies in, or omissions from, the plans, speciEicatiorts or other
documents, or should he question their meaning, he should at once
notify the Engineer and obtain clarification prior to submitting
env bid.
In case of ambiguity or lack of clarity in stating the contract
office, the County reserves the right to consider the most advan-
tageous construction thereof.

reserves the right to waive any informality in or to ~,~pect any
