ORDER APPOINTING COUNTY COURT-AT-LAW JUDGE
FOR KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 25th day of July 1985, came on to be considered
the appointment of a County Court-at-Law Judge for Kerr
County, Texas, from among applications filed (in accordance
with ORDER NO. 16129).
Upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commis-
sioner Higgins, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins, and
Guthrie voting "AYE", Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", and
County Judge Morriss "Abstaining from voting", motion carried
by a majority vote that William L.("Bill") Baskette, Jr. be
appointed County Court-at-Law Judge for Kerr County, Texas, com-
mencing full duties on October 1, 1985, and to serve until after
the 1986 General Election--at which time the person elected,
once qualified, will begin serving.
