APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. TWO AND CHANGE ORDER NO. THREE TO
CONTRACT WITH CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE NEW
COUNTY COURT-AT-LAW COURTROOM AND OFFICES AND MODIFICATION OF
EXISTING TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court
unanimously approved Change Order No. Two and Change Order No.
Three, to the Contract with Clark & Stroman Construction, Inc.,
for the new County Court-at-Law Courtroom and Offices and Modifica-
tion of the Existing Tax Assessor-Collector's Office, and as
recommended by Schubert & Williams, Inc., Architect, as follows:
Change Order No. Two - Construct and install new bookshelves
in Judge's Chamber 105 as specified and in accordance with
attached drawings in the amount of $866.00,
and
Change Order No. Three - Install auxiliary float switches
in the two "Auxiliary Drain Pans" indicated on Drawing Sheet
M-1 and cap the 3/4" secondary drain pipes so that they do
not protrude through the ceiling. These switches shall be
wired to the air conditioning power supply so that the unit
goes off when the "Auxiliary Drain Pans" begins to fill, -
in the amount of $70.00.

As per our conversation on the drains off of the
auxiliary pans, we hereby propose to furnish and
install float switches that will cut off power to
the equipment when the auxiliary pan gathers enough
water to create an overflow of this pan to the ceil-
ing.
When the air conditioning is not working this
should be the first thing to check. mhen you know
you have a blockage of the drain pan which is a
part of the air handling equipment.
?f these float switches are installed during the
course of work that is presently in progress at the
Kerr County Courtroom, we can do this for a sum of
Seventy Dollars 070.00).
