Court-at-Law Courtroom and Offices and modification of
the existing Tax Assessor-Collector's Office, in the
amount of $119,900.00, as per bid specifications on file
in the County Clerk's Office.

TIME: The undersigned agrees to begin Work within 10 days
of Contract award and be substantially complete within 100
calendar days.
BZD GUARANTEE'
The undersigned furnishes herewith bid guarantee in the amount of

same to the proposal. This bid guarantee warrants that the under-
signed will not withdraw his proposal for a period of thirty days
after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals, and

perf ormance bond and payment bond will be given. In the event of
