RE: REPEAT OF LOTS 9 APSD 8 OF GUADALUPE HEIGHTS, LOCATED
IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT NO, TWO
On this the 22nd day of August 1985, upon iaotion made by
Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with
Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie and County Judge
Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said
motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that no action be
taken by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court regarding a Replat
of Lots 9 and 8 of Guadalupe Heights, located in Commissioner's
Precinct No Two, due to the fact that the Plat is situated
within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Kerrville.

Recess from meeting of August 22, 1985 to~qugust 23, 1985 at 10:00 A. M.
16. Ray and Associates will be here to bring Employee Evaluations to the
Commissioners Court.
