On this the 12th day of August 1985, came on to be considered
by the Court, the reouest of the Jehovah's Witnesses (By Raymond
York), regarding the sale of 1.96 acres of land out of Survey
146, William C. Francis, located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct No. One, as to whether or not this land would. be con-
sidered a Subdivision, under the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules
and Regulations".
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner
Lich and unanimously approved by the Court, that said proposed
transaction mentioned above does not need to meet the reouire-
ments of Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations".
