REQUEST OF WARD FAULKNER REGARDING 5 ACRES LOCATED IN KERR
COUNTY COP'll'•1ISSIONER' S PRECINCT 2
On this the 12th day of August 1985, came on to be considered
by the Court, the request of Ward Faulkner regarding a 5 acre
tract of land that he is selling to P,ichard Rhodes and located
in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Two, as to whether
or not this land would be considered a Subdivision, under the
Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations".
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner
Lich, with Commissioners Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County
Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland "ABSTAINING
FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving
that said proposed transaction mentioned above does not need to
meet the requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and
Regulations".
