APPROVAL THAT FORMAL REQUEST BE MADE TO CITY OF KERRVILLE
TO INCREASE PER DIEM OBLIGATION FOR HOUSING AND BOARDING
PRISONERS IN KERR COUNTY JAIL
On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
with County Commissioners Holland, Higgins, and Lich
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Guthrie and County Judge
Morriss voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, it was approved that formal request be made to the
City of Kerrville requesting increase of per diem obligation
from $15.00 per day to $20.00 per day for housing and board-
ing of prisoners in Kerr County Jail, starting October 1,
