RE: EMPLOYMENT OF ROBERT D. HERRERA AS A JAILER/DISPATCHER
On this the 19th day of December 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner Holland ,
the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 16404, dated
December 9th, 1985, Re: Employment of Robert D. Herrera as a
Jailer/Dispatcher, be rescinded in its entirety.
(Mr. Herrera decided to keep his job at the Texas Department
of Corrections).

Please rescind court order #16404. This was for the
Robert Herrera as a Jailer/Dispatcher and he was due
December 11, 1985. Mr. Herrera changed his mind and
job at the Texas Department of Corrections. He had
to notify me of his decision; however, did not do so
December 12, 1985.
