APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST
SECTION 9
On this the 22nd day of 'July 1985, upon motion made by Commis-
sioher Guthrie seconded by Commissioner Lich the
Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GREENWOOD
FOREST SECTION 9, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
No. 4, with no variances, and that all improvements that are
. to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January
,1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that were approved
on April 9th, 1984.
