APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST SECTION 7
PHASE II SUBDIVISION
On this the 22nd day of July 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST
SECTION 7 PHASE II, with variances on streets having 50 feet
right-of-way, to be 30 feet, back to back of curb.
All other construction work in Greenwood Forest Section 7
Phase II shall comply with the existing Kerr County Subdivision
"Rules and Regulations", that became effective January 1st, 1984
and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the
Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
