APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST SECTION 9
On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by
~ Commissioner Guthrie, Seconded by Commissioner Higgins
the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF GREENWOOD
FOREST SECTION 9, with no variances, .located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, and that all improvements
that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR
COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved by the Rerr County Commissioners'
Court on April 9th, 1984. (No roads involved).
