POLICY CONCERNING MERIT INCREASES FOR KERR COUNTY EMPLOYEES
On this the 26th day of September 1985, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
the Court unanimously approved that requests for merit increases
from officials or department heads shall be considered at the
regular April and September Terms of Commissioners' Court,
and that proposed increases be limited to no more than a two
step increase, as per Kerr County Pay Schedule prepared by Ray
Associates, Inc.
