ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 16130, DATED JUNE 20th, 1985 - RE:
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL OF RAY ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PERSONNEL
MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES FOR KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 8th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commis-
sioners Holland, Higgins and Lich voting "AYE" and County
Judge Morriss voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, approving that Order No. 16130, dated June 20th, 1985
- Re: Acceptance of Proposal of Ray Associates, Inc. for
Personnel ?:anagement Consulting Services for Kerr County,
Texas, be amended, by deleting the following paragraph:
"It is further ordered by the Court that the County
Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to make
five (5) equal monthly payments in the amount of
$4,260.00 each, payable to Ray Associates, Inc.,
payable out of the General Fund (Professional
Services), upon receipt of invoices and in accord-
ance with the proposed contract and approval by the
Commissioners' Court",
and by adding the following paragraph:
"It is further ordered by the Court that the first
three payments due on July 20th, August 20th and
September 20th, 1985, in the amount of $4,260.00
each, plus documented expenses, shall be paid by
the County Treasurer and County Auditor after October
1st, 1985 in one payment out of the General Fund, and
that the remaining payments for October 20th and
November 20th, 1985, shall be paid by the County
Treasurer and County Auditor, as set forth in the
Contract,and as scheduled. in Paragraph 6 of Contract,
