On this the 18th day of December 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a negotiated bid of Robert L. Brantley,
Sr., for the purchase of one 1962 Chevy w/water tank, Model 599, Ser. No. 2C613S106938 and
one 14' Flaherty Chip Spreader, #SMD997, in the total amount of $2,600.00, for both pieces of
equipment.

Treasurer for said equipment).

On this the 18th day of December 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-

ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF R H RANCHES X, being a
Replat of Cherry Springs Ranch, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct No. Four, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the
existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st,
1984 and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on
April 9th, 1984.

and County Judge P4orriss voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving
that the December 31st semi-monthly payday be changed to December 23rd, 1986, for officials,
employees and allowances.
