Kerrville to advertise for Bids for Waste Disposal Contracts.

professional services for alterations and renovation of the Juvenile Detention Center, in
the amount of $560.00, for the month of November 1986.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund in the amount above mentioned, payable
to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER out of the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. (Code 20-650-3-0)

NO. 16964 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO CARLOS RIVERA, JR. FOR LABOR & MATERIALS FOR RENOVATION
AND ALTERATIONS TO THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER
On this the 8th day of December 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to CARLOS RIVERA, JR., in
the amount of $840.00 for labor and materials for renovation and alterations to the Juvenile
Detention Center, as recommended by Michael Neal Walker, Architect.
(Scrape & sand all loose paint on walls, bars, floors, steel bunkbeds, metal doors, spot
prime and paint solid with prime where needed, etc. as shown on invoice.)

to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, payable to CARLOS RIVERA, JR., in the
avove amount.

RENOVATION OF THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE
On this the 8th day of December 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment to CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUC-
TION, INC. for alterations and renovation of the Juvenile Detention Center on the third floor
of the Courthouse, in the amount of $7,988.00, as recommended by Michael Neal Walker,
Architect.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund in the amount of $7,988.00, payable to
CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC.
(Final payment less 10~ retainage in the amount of $2,848.00.)
