On this the 8th day of December 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded,
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the proposal of HICKLEN ENGINEERING
& SURVEYING, for Airport Subdivision Survey Project in the amount of $2,800.00, in concurrence
with the City of Kerrville's approval at their meeting of November 25th, 1986.
