COUNTY OF KERR X COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION ON DECEMBER 8th,
1986 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., with the following members present:

County Judge Gordon S. Morriss was absent and Commissioner Victor Lich acted in his
'; behalf as Presiding Officer of the Court, and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:
The taking and receiving of bids for various equipment for use by the Kerr County Road
Administrator was declared closed at this time.

NO. 16954 BIDS FOR VARIOUS ROAD EQUIPMENT REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR AND KERR COUNTY ROAD
ADMINISTRATOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 8th day of December 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that all bids received for various
'' road equipment be referred to the County Auditor and the Kerr County Road Administrator for
study and recommendation.

NO. 16955 APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS TO THE KERR COUNTY HISTORICAL
COMMISSION FOR 1987-1988
On this the 8th day of December 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved appointment of officers and directors
to the Kerr County Historical Commission for the next two year term of 1987-1988, listed as
