On this the 20th day of November 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved amendment of the 1986-87 Budget
of the Juvenile Probation Services, and authorizing the County Treasurer to pay travel,
operating expenses and insurance out of the General Fund.

On this the 20th day of November 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF LOST SPRING ESTATES,
UNIT 1, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, and that
all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISIOLI
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-'
tions that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
