a full-time employee in the Kerr County Road and Bridge Department as a Heavy Equipment
Specialist, at a salary of $14,045.00 per annum - $1,170.42 per month, $585.21 semi-monthly,
Pay Group 14 Step 1, effective as of December 1st, 1986, and that his salary be paid out of
the Road & Bridge Fund.

DEPARTMENT

ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of SHIELDS
RADIO COMMUNICATIONS in the amount of $21,395.00 for a Radio Console for the Kerr County
Sheriff's Department, as recommended by County Auditor Don Williamson and Sheriff Clifton A.
Greeson.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized i
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to SHIELDS RADIO COMMUNICATIONS in the above
amount, upon completion of the installation of the equipment and final approval by Sheriff
Clifton A. Greeson.

On this the 20th day of November 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payments to the KERR COUNTY ALBUM
for unfunded stories in the amount of $450.00, and to the KERRVILLE POSTMASTER for postage
in the amount of $100.00 (Total of $550.00, budgeted amount in the 1985-1986 Budget), payable
out of the General Fund.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw vouchers on the General Fund, payable as shown above.

On this the 20th day of November 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF LOST SPRING ESTATES
UNIT 1, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, and that
all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISIOPI
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-'
tions that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
