On this the 20th day of November 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the employment of DELBERT BURRER as
a full-time employee in the Kerr County Road and Bridge Department as a Heavy Equipment
Specialist, at a salary of $14,045.00 per annum - $1,170.42 per month, $585.21 semi-monthly,
Pay Group 14 Step 1, effective as of December 1st, 1986, and that his salary be paid out of
the Road & Bridge Fund.

On this the 20th day of November 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved confirmation of a Rider to the bond
of BETTY L. BURNEY, JUSTICE OF THE PEACE PRECINCT 2, increasing her bond from $1,000.00 to
$5,000.00, with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company (by James E. Stehling - Attorney-
in-fact), dated September 24th, 1986.

Greeson.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to SHIELDS RADIO •COMMUNICATIONS in the above
amount, upon completion of the installation of the equipment and final approval by Sheriff
Clifton A. Greeson.

for unfunded stories in the amount of $450.00, and to the KERRVILLE POSTMASTER for postage
in the amount of $100.00 (Total of $550.00, budgeted amount in the 1985-1986 Budget), payable,.
out of the General Fund.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw vouchers on the General Fund, payable as shown above.
