contained in the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Vernon's Ann. Civ. St., Article 413 (32C) agree
to exercise concurrent law enforcement jurisdiction over that certain portion of State High-
way 27 right-of-way adjacent to the City limits of Ingram, commencing near the intersection
of State Highway 27 and Woodland Road, and continuing to the intersection of State Highway
27 and Goat Creek Cutoff Road, effective as of November 11th, 1986.
