seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved an INTERLOCAL COOPERATION
ACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF I2dGRAM and KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, pursuant to the authority
contained in the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Vernon's Ann. Civ. St., Article 413 (32C) agree
„~ to exercise concurrent law enforcement jurisdiction over that certain portion of State High-
way 27 right-of-way adjacent to the City limits of Ingram, commencing near the intersection
of State Highway 27 and Woodland Road, and continuing to the intersection of State Highway
27 and Goat Creek Cutoff Road, effective as of November 11th, 1986.

On this the 11th day of November 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-

by and between Kerr County, Texas, referred to in this lease as Lessor, and Ingram, Texas,
a municipal corporation incorporated under the general laws of the State of Texas, referred
to in this lease as Lessee, for a term of three years, commencing on or about the 1st day
of January 1987, and ending on the 31st day of December 1989.
