by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF LOST SPRING
ESTATES UNIT 1, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One,
and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th. 1984.

ed by Commissioner Higgins, with Commissioners Guthrie and Higgins and County Judge Morriss
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, approving a PRELIMINARY PLAT OF ACE ACRES (FORMERLY KNOWN AS PART OF LOTS 7 and
8 CLEAR SPRINGS RZNCHES N0. 1), with no variances, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. 1,
and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
