NO. 16922 BIDS FOR RADIO CONSOLE FOR USE BY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR AND SHERIFF FOR STUDY AND RECOMPdENDATION On this the 11th day of November 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, ~' seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the bids received for a P radio console for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department be referred to the County Auditor and Sheriff for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o The taking and receiving of bids for unclaimed property being held by the Sheriff's Department and for Kerr County property sale was declared closed at this time. NO. 16923 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF A TO Z SALES FOR SALE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY BEING HELD BY I SHERIFF IN THE AMOUNT OF $1050.00 On this the 11th day of November 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, ! seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of A TO Z SALES in the amount of $1050.00, for unclaimed property being held by the Kerr County Sheriff, as recommended by Kerr County Auditor, Don Williamson. ;' o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o I NO. 16924 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF A TO Z SALES FOR SALE OF KERR COUNTY SURPLUS PROPERTY On this the 11th day of November 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, ~ seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of A TO Z SALES in the amount of $245.00 for the sale of used Kerr County Surplus Property (located at Mayflower Storage in Kerrville, Texas), as recommended by County Auditor Don Williamson. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16925 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 11th day of November 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, 216th District Probation, Juvenile State Aid and Public Library Funds. ~ Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid. i o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16926 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED On this the 11th day of November 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on October 14th, 1986, October 23rd, 1986, and November 6th, 1986, Volume Q, Pages 298 thru 312.
