CLERK IN THE TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 24th day of July 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich ,
the Court unanimously approved the request of Doris Lee
Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector, for the employment of
Isabel Diane Bolin as an Intermediate Clerk in the Tax
Assessor-Collector's Office (in the Automobile Registra-
tion Department), at a salary of $11,757.00 per annum
($979.75 per month, $489.88 semi-monthly), effective
August 1, 1986, payable out of the General Fund
(Kerr County Pay Group 11, Step 1). Employee is being
employed to fill vacancy (resignation of Mary Michelson)
and has been paid on an hourly basis since June 23, 1986.

Gentlemen:
Isabel Diane Bolin has been employed in the Automobile
Registration Department to fill the vacancy created by
the resignation of Mary Michelson.
Diane has been paid on an hourly basis since June 23rd.
I request that effective August 1, 1986 she be paid on
a monthly basis of $979.75 per month. Her classification
is Group II, Step 1. This classification has an annual
sa ry of $11,757.00.
