$1,957.99
On this the 23rd day of January 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the
Court unanimously approved that Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-
Collector, be authorized to refund Riverhill Club, Inc. an
amount of $1,957.99 for overpayment of taxes.

Gentlemen:
Enclosed please find a tax refund application for
Riverhill Club, Inc, and a copy of the paid receipt.
Article 31.11 of the Property Tax Code states that all
refund applications over $500 must be signed by a pre-
siding officer of the taxing unit.
When the Kerr County Appraisal District placed this
property on the roll as lots and blocks they failed to
remove the acreage thus creating a double assessment.
The total amount of County tax to be refunded is
$1,957.99.
