Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Rick L. Boyan as a
Mechanic's Helper, full time, in the Road and Bridge Department, at a salary of $12,724.00
per annum, $1,060.33 per month - $530.17 semi-monthly, effective as of November 1st, 1986,
payable out of the Road and Bridge Fund.
