by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a MANDATED PROVIDER AGREEMENT by and
between REVCO DISCOUNT DRUG CENTERS, INC., acting by and through its duly authorized officer,
~~ Jerry Wasserman, (hereinafter called "Pharmacy"), and KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, acting by and
',i through its duly authorized COUNTY JUDGE, GORDON S. MORRISS, as authorized by the Commis-
, sinners' Court of Kerr County, Texas (hereinafter called "County"), regarding Indigent Health
~~ Care and Treatment Act, effective as of October 10th, 1986.

ADMINISTRATOR
On this the 23rd day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of C. H. SCHOLL, DEPUTY
SHERIFF, to the position of Jail Administrator, effective as of October 15th, 1986, and that
his salary be increased from $16,288.00 per annum - $1,357.33 monthly, $678.67 semi-monthly,
Pay Group 17 Step 1, to $19,845.00 per annum - $1,653.75 monthly, $826.88 semi-monthly, Pay
Group 21 Step 1.

NO. 16917 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF RICK L. BOYAN AS A MECHANIC'S HELPER, FULL TIME, IN THE
ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT
On this the 23rd day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Rick L. Boyan as a
Mechanic's Helper, full time, in the Road and Bridge Department, at a salary of $12,724.00
per annum, $1,060.33 per month - $530.17 semi-monthly, effective as of November lst, 1986,
payable out of the Road and Bridge Fund.
