by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to the ELM PASS VOLUNTEER
FIRE DEPARTMENT in the amount of $2,000.00 which is their budgeted amount, payable out of

NO. 16912 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF LOTS 16, 17 & 18 OF TIERRA VERDE ESTATES
On this the 23rd day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF LOTS 16, 17 & 18
OF TIERRA VERDE ESTATES, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
No. One, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB

COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amend-'
ments to the regulations that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

On this the 23rd day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded'
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving the REPEAT OF TRACT 10 OF SHEPPARD HILLS ESTATES, located in Commissioner's
Precinct No. One, with the provisions that roads will not be accepted for maintenance by Kerr
County until specifications meet the requirements of the Kerr County Road Administrator Jack
C. Smith.

N0. 16914 APPROVAL OF MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOR DICTATING EQUIPMENT LEASE FOR THE DISTRICT
ATTORNEY OF THE 216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 23rd day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payments for Dictating Equipment
Lease for the District Attorney of the 216th Judicial District in the amount of $46.78 per
month.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount payable monthly to the District Attorney of the 216th
Judicial District, payable out of the General Fund.
