NO. 16908 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR SALE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY BEING HELD BY THE
SHERIFF
On this the 23rd day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved an order to advertise for bids for
the sale of unclaimed property being held by the Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, -- such as
radios, golf clubs, hand-drills, trolling motor, typewriter, guitar, tape recorder, weed-
eater, tool box, lawn chair, vacuum cleaner, bicycles, canoe, fishing tackle, Christmas
lighting, stereo cassettes, records, record player, nails, wire, tires and tire rims, tubs

and a safe.

Bids should be for the entire lot only.

Sealed bids will be accepted in the Kerr County Clerk's Office until 5:00 o'clock P. M.,
November 7th, 1986.
Bids will be publicly opened on Tuesday, November 11th, 1986 at 10:15 o'clock A. M. in the

Regular Session of Commissioners' Court.

Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
