ADMINISTRATOR
On this the 23rd day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for the following equipment:
Brush Chipper
~,
Tractor and/or Trailer
Pad-foot roller
Highway broom
and
Hydraulic rubber-tired excavator
Bids will be considered for new or used equipment.
Bids to be without trade-in.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be accepted until 5:00 o'clock P. M., Friday, December 5th, 1986 in the County
Clerk's Office.
Bids will be publicly opened on Monday, December 8th, 1986 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in
the Regular Session of the Commissioners' Court.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
