It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized ' to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of $17,784.00, payable to the NATIONAL SHERIFFS' ASSOCIATION, for the liability coverage. i! o-O-O-O-O-o-o-O-O-O " NO. 16902 ORDER AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF 1986-87 BUDGET TO REFLECT CHANGES IN COUNTY COURT AT LAW JUDGE AND COURT REPORTER SALARIES AND ORDERING PAYMENTS On this the 23rd day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Higgins and Holland and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioners Lich and Guthrie voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving the amendment of the 1986-87 County Budget to reflect the following ~'~ changes: Salary of the Court Reporter, Debra Hernandez, to $26,689.00 per annum, ', in accordance with the order of the County Court at Law Judge, based on I the recommendation of Ray Associates, Inc., effective October 1, 1986, at the rate of $1,112.04 semi-monthly and including an additional payment above the lower salary made on October 15th, 1986.
