23rd, 1986 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., with the following members present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 16899 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 23rd day of October 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, 216th District.
Probation, Traffic Safety and Indigent Health Care Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

L On this the 23rd day of October, 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
I by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an order implementing a new fee schedule
for Kerr County, for service or attempted service, as recommended by Sheriff Clifton A.
Greeson, as Per Article 3933a, VTCS, effective November 1st, 1986, as follows:
